## The Challenge

Information is often scattered across multiple systems, making it difficult to find what you need when you need it. Teams struggle with data silos, inefficient search, and lack of AI-powered insights.

## The Solution

Google Gemini Enterprise connects your work apps to powerful search and AI capabilities, helping you find information faster, generate insights, and automate tasks—all while maintaining enterprise security and compliance.

## How It Works

Google Gemini Enterprise transforms how you work with enterprise data and AI

### 01. Connect

Easily connect to popular work apps like Confluence, Google Drive, Jira, Microsoft Sharepoint, ServiceNow, and more.

### 02. Search

Use Google-quality multimodal search to find information across text, images, charts, infographics, video, and audio.

### 03. Analyze

Leverage expert analysis on demand with Gemini-powered insights, summaries, and recommendations tailored to your needs.

### 04. Act

Take action with prebuilt Google agents or create custom agents using the intuitive Agent Designer interface.

## How we roll it out

Google licenses Gemini Enterprise. Making it useful takes connected data, correct permissions and agents built around your work. We deliver that in four phases.

### 01. Discovery

We choose the first use cases with your team, list the systems they draw on, and agree how we will measure success.

### 02. Connect and secure

We connect your data sources, from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to apps like Salesforce, Jira and ServiceNow, set up sign-in through your identity provider, and test that results respect each system's existing permissions.

### 03. Build agents

We turn on the Google agents you need and build your own: no-code agents in Agent Designer, and coded agents with the Agent Development Kit when a task needs your own logic or data pipelines.

### 04. Roll out

We launch with a pilot group, train the people who will champion it, track usage, and expand team by team.

## What it costs

Google sells Gemini Enterprise per user per month, in several editions. FluentData's implementation is quoted separately.

- **Business**: from $21 per user per month. For smaller teams that want to start without IT setup. Google offers a 30-day trial.
- **Standard and Plus**: from $30 per user per month. For organizations that need enterprise-grade IT controls, such as admin, security and compliance settings.
- **Implementation**: quoted per project. The price depends on how many data sources you connect, which agents you need and how many people you roll out to. We quote after a scoping call.

Google's list prices as of September 2026. Google sets and changes them, and also sells Frontline and pay-as-you-go editions. [Compare editions on Google Cloud](https://docs.cloud.google.com/gemini/enterprise/docs/editions)

## Frequently Asked Questions

### What is Google Gemini Enterprise?

Google Gemini Enterprise is an enterprise search and AI agent hub that connects your work apps to Google-quality multimodal search and AI capabilities. It helps you find information faster, generate insights, and automate tasks while maintaining enterprise security and compliance.

### Is Gemini Enterprise the same as Gemini?

No. Gemini is Google's family of AI models and its Gemini app. Gemini Enterprise is Google's product for companies, built on those models: search across company data, AI agents and connectors to work apps, with admin, security and permission controls. Google Agentspace became part of Gemini Enterprise in October 2025.

### How much does Gemini Enterprise cost?

Google lists the Business edition from $21 per user per month and the Standard and Plus editions from $30 per user per month (September 2026). Google also sells Frontline and pay-as-you-go editions. FluentData quotes implementation separately, after a scoping call.

### How is Gemini Enterprise different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside Microsoft 365 apps and requires a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. Gemini Enterprise is a separate app that searches and acts across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and business apps such as Salesforce, Jira and ServiceNow. Companies that work mainly in Microsoft 365 apps often start with Copilot. Companies whose data sits with several vendors, or that build on Google Cloud, are usually a better fit for Gemini Enterprise.

### Which applications can I connect to Google Gemini Enterprise?

Google Gemini Enterprise connects to popular work apps like Box, Confluence, Google Drive, Jira, Microsoft Sharepoint, ServiceNow, and many more. The platform is designed to be extensible, allowing integration with additional enterprise applications.

### What first-party connectors are available?

For organizations heavily invested in the Google Cloud and Google Workspace ecosystem, Gemini Enterprise offers seamless first-party Google data ingestion. This allows your agents to directly access and utilize data from services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sites, Google Calendar, Google Groups, NotebookLM Enterprise, Cloud SQL, Spanner, Firestore, Bigtable, AlloyDB for PostgreSQL, and Terraform.

### What third-party connectors are available?

The following is the full list of supported 3rd party Gemini Enterprise data connectors: Adobe Experience Manager, AODocs, Asana, Box, Coda, Confluence Cloud, Confluence Data Center On-premises, DocuSign, Dropbox, Entra ID, GitHub, GitLab, Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center On-premises, Marketo Cloud, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Monday, Notion, Okta, OneDrive, Salesforce, SAP HANA, ServiceNow, SharePoint Data Center On-premises, SharePoint Online, Slack, WordPress, Workday, and Zendesk.

### What types of AI agents are available?

Google Gemini Enterprise includes prebuilt expert agents like Deep Research for comprehensive information gathering, Idea Generation for brainstorming solutions, and NotebookLM Plus for making enterprise information more approachable. You can also create custom agents using the Agent Designer interface.

### How does the Agent2Agent Protocol (A2A) relate to Google Gemini Enterprise?

The Agent2Agent Protocol (A2A) is the underlying communication and coordination mechanism that allows different, specialized agents to discover each other, exchange information, negotiate tasks, and collaborate seamlessly. Gemini Enterprise is the environment or platform where agents live and interact, and A2A is the protocol for how agents work with each other to fulfill a user's request, like sourcing candidates or running background checks, without the user having to manage each step manually.

### What are the key benefits for agent collaboration?

The main advantage for users is the ability to handle complex, multi-step workflows with a single request. Because Gemini Enterprise allows specialized agents to work together seamlessly, a user can ask for something broad (like "hire a software engineer"), and Gemini Enterprise can orchestrate multiple agents - one for sourcing, one for scheduling, one for background checks, etc. - to complete the entire process. This dramatically simplifies complex tasks, reduces manual effort in coordinating different tools or agents, and brings the power of multiple AI capabilities together within one easy-to-use interface.

### How does Gemini Enterprise make agent collaboration transparent?

Gemini Enterprise isn't a black box. Gemini Enterprise provides visibility into the agent's process and allows the end-user to view the thinking that goes into the agent's decision. When agents use the A2A protocol to collaborate, Gemini Enterprise shows you which agents are being engaged, why they were chosen, how they are coordinating, and the overall progress of the task.

### How does Google Gemini Enterprise ensure data security?

Google Gemini Enterprise maintains enterprise-grade security by using your company's existing permissions and access controls (ACLs). It ensures employees can only access content they're authorized to see, and all data remains within your organization's security boundaries.

### Can I create custom agents without coding experience?

Yes, the Agent Designer in Google Gemini Enterprise lets you build agents to automate daily tasks using an intuitive conversational interface. For more complex agents, you can use the Vertex AI Agent Development Kit, which includes a growing library of connectors and triggers.
